The work of the voice is the most powerful in my experience. It opens you up and reawakens your inner spark. It is the gateway to the connection with your essence.
Singing brings you to the present moment, which is one of the things we find very hard to do, we easily dwell on the past and worry about the future.. it is in the present moment where time does not exist and we simply are.
Singing is not only healthy for our physical body, releasing tension, connecting us to our breath, regenerating our cells and activating chemicals within that bring us joy and happiness. It boosts our creativity and flow and enhances our capacities. It pierces through our emotional and energetic trauma, with it’s vibration and frequencies it changes our perception – well actually, it simply reminds us what we know to be true but have allowed ourselves to forget – dismounting our conditioning and brainwashing, it penetrates our inner and outer energy fields, breaking down all that is not benefiting us so we may come back into balance.
If you believe you are a spirit who is inhabiting the temple you call your body, then you become aware how sound connects you with the spirit world. You become intuitive to what sounds you need in each moment and you allow yourself to express them. You understand that your sound is your medicine and you start to tap into how it is beneficial to your whole being. Messages and visions start to flow through you, and you realize you are able to converse with the universe.. you realize you are one with all.
When you connect with your voice, you connect with your breath, when you connect with your breath, you connect with your body, when you connect with your body, you connect with everything that it holds.
When you open your throat, when you sing out your truth, you start to have a relationship with your body and everything around you. You start to communicate clearly and calmly. You start to attract everything you have been neglecting and not allowed to come through. You start to heal all your inner and outer wounds and you start to forgive and understand them. You start to embrace who you are and what is is you want to become. You start to love all that you are.
Your sound brings you home and reminds you, you are whole. ♡
From my heart, to yours. ✨
